Jacksons Home Improvement did a good job installing our four seasons sunroom. They were very professional and responsive to any issues. The contracting team even worked outdoors in extremely cold weather conditions. We would reccomend them.

Jackson’s replaced our old basement windows and they did a great job. The quality of the windows was a huge upgrade to what we had previously. The work was completed in one day and done very professionally. We will definitely use their services again.

We got estimates,Jackson’s was up front and honest, didn’t put down other local companies just gave facts about their product. There prices were competitive but offered warranty where I would have to pay extra for some other companies to cover that cost. We hired them. Their workers were efficient and friendly and did a great job at installing. We were Kept informed of progress and addressed any questions or concerns we had , same thing went of our sales person as well. Never felt put off. Would recommend to do any project. Truly professional.

They installed a sliding door for us which was completely professional, with a crew that was respectful of our home and a great job of cleanup after the job was completed. We also used Lori K baths for our walk-in shower, all was beyond perfect. Will use again if needed and would give 12 stars out of 10.

I had the deck replaced with a four season room. From start to finish, they were very good and understood what I wanted. The crew kept me informed of what they were doing at all times. The salesman and the owner both came out after it was done to inspect it. That was a nice touch. I would highly recommend.

Last fall we hired Get Jackson’s for a 40-50k outside home remodeling project. They installed new vinyl siding, wrapped window and door frames, installed porch fascia, rebuilt a screened in porch, built new open porch railings, and installed new exterior lighting. They also sub contracted a replacement of gutters. We live downtown Valparaiso in a home that was built in 1890 so the thought of this level of remodeling was intimidating. My wife and I were scared to subject such an old home to that level of work. However, the respect and care Get Jackson’s showed to our home from day one quickly put our minds to ease. We had three predominant companies in the area come out to provide estimates for the work. One estimate was so rushed we had zero confidence they fully understood all we were asking for. The second company we had out never even sent us an estimate. Brandon with Get Jacksons gave us by far the most professional, thorough, thoughtful, and responsive estimate experience of the three. Once the work started, the expertise and skill of the crews became evident. I also have to point out how respectful and responsive to critique the crew was. They were always willing to answer my questions, adjust plans to my feedback, and always kept me in the loop on progress or issues they ran into. Part of the way into the project, they realized that they were going to need to rebuild our whole screened in porch. When this realization was made, the owner Ron worked directly with me to talk through our options and gave us a tremendously good price on all the additional work. After all the work was done, the end product was just breathtaking. All summer long we had people in the neighborhood stopping to take pictures of the house, comment on how great it looked, and asking us who completed the work. We couldn’t be happier with our new home. Great customer service. Fair pricing. And expert craftsmanship. Not much more you can ask for.
